General Manager - Logistics Operations
Lean Supply Solutions UKLooking for a manager for a warehousing and distribution facility in Speke area.
3rd Party Logistics provider with multiple locations in US and Canada is expanding into UK. We provide fulfillment services for our client base shipping to retail and ecommerce end customers.
Successful candidate will be responsible for all functions of the facility including shipping, receiving and inventory control. Manage team of 10 to 20 people in a dynamic and fast pace environment for a multinational growing 3PL company.
Candidate should have minimum below requirements:
- 3 to 5 years experience in managing a distribution warehouse
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Experience in managing a team of employees
- Past experience in working on Warehouse Management system
- Proficient in MS Office suite of products
This is a full time position directly hired
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £49,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Speke: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Operations management: 3 years (preferred)
