Storekeeper

To support the operations of our busy Chandlers Ford branch, our Client's inviting applications for the position of Storekeeper to join their friendly team .

Task and Responsibilities:

• To carry out the following tasks in an accurate and timely manner
• Confident with ERP
• The storage and retrieval of goods into and from, stock locations.
• The kitting of works orders, sales orders and branch orders.
• The suitable packing of sales and branch orders and despatch in accordance with customers’ delivery dates and any special instructions.
• The issuing of shortages and unplanned issues and acceptance of unplanned receipts and returns
• The restocking of assembly parts for Production requests.
• To assist with loading and unloading of vehicles, checking against paperwork, missing, damages and fuel charges when needed
• To assist in the preparation and execution of periodic stock taking exercises
• To ensure that all tasks are carried out within the company Health and Safety policy, to minimise risk to yourself and other personnel and ensure that good housekeeping applies at all times
• To perform any other tasks within the job holder’s ability that may, from time to time, be required to satisfy the company’s commercial activities

Qualifications & Skills required:

• Previous work history within a similar environment
• Good communicator with a can do attitude.
• Reliability is essential for this position.
• Physically fit due to the nature of the work within this role.
• Literate, numerate

40 hours per week 07:30 to 15:30 , £11.55 Per Hour pay.

This is a Temp to Permanent position
