Securitas Security Officer.

Full -time Security vacancy here at McArthurGlen Bridgend, Required to work 4 on 4 off we are looking for someone who can work as part of a team to make a difference.

As a security officer your specific role is to provide general security of the site including some or all of the following

• Excellent customer service when dealing with tenants and member of public
• Internal and external patrolling, including locking and unlicking of the premises
• Dealing with various emergency situations, including report writing and communicating with emergency services
• Key control
• Efficient reporting of loss, stolen and or vandalised equipment and/or property
• Health & Safety Observation Checks
• Comply with carrying out other duties reasonably requested from the customer or line manager

The key skills we are looking for include

• SIA Door Supervisor / Security Officer Licence essential
• A 5 year checkable work history or equivalent
• Full drivers licence preferable but not essential
• Excellent computer skills
• A smart & professional manner
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional and confident telephone manner
• Flexible approach to working hours
• A very good understanding of the English language both written and verbal
