We have an opportunity for a passionate and experienced hospitality professional to join the team as a F&B Assistant Manager to oversee the day to day operation of our restaurant, bars & conference & banqueting outlets.
What is the role?
- Leading the team to ensure high quality guest experience
- Training & Developing the team
- Driving to improve the F&B experience at all times
- Providing first class service to all customers
- Effectively respond to guest queries, issues and complaints
- Supporting the F&B Manager.
- Taking on Duty Manager shifts where needed
- Composing rota's on a weekly basis
- Setting up and delivering team briefings & one to ones.

- Previous experience working in a busy hospitality environment
- Strong communication skills
- A positive and friendly attitude
