What is Bundo?
Bundobust started in 2013 as a collaboration between modern Indian fine dining restaurant Prashad, and Bradford craft beer café The Sparrow, with the aim of showcasing the best vibrant Indian food to new audiences and serving it with boundary-pushing drinks. As a collaboration with strong family-links, we appreciate the importance of collaboration, nurturing relationships, and a strong family ethos.
We are incredibly excited to be opening our 2nd site in the fine city of Manchester and hope you are too. This is Bundobust like not before though... not only will we be doing what we do best, this site will also have the addition of an in house brewery.
The Band
Our teams are hedonistic, cultured and possess a winning and positive mentality. Bundobust is a family and we have a common goal of sharing our food and beer with as many guests, towns and cities as possible.
What you get
Free staff meals on shift
4 weeks holiday per year, flexible to try and allow for several weeks at once.
Annual team parties
Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day off.
