Registered Care Home Manager

Beluga Rox's has currently got an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Care Home Manager in the Campsea Ashe, Suffolk.

This care home provides modern facilities for there residents whilst keeping the charm of a beautiful thatched home. Situated in the delightful Suffolk Village of Campsea Ashe but conveniently close to Woodbridge and Wickham Market, Allonsfield House is only a short drive from Ipswich and within walking distance from the train station.

You will have strong support from the Deputy Manager and the Operations team, as well as full support from the teams based at Head Office including Marketing, Recruitment, Finance, HR, Compliance and Governance.

CRITERIA / PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Good working knowledge, with a proven record, of CQC standards and work towards achieving Outstanding.
• Ensure good communicate and maintain excellent working relationships with all levels of colleagues, internal as well as external professionals, families and visitors.
• A proven track record of marketing and business skills within the private care sector, running a commercially successful, good or outstanding rated care home.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for developing high level of person-centred care
• actively participate in the growth and development of the Care Service
• Eligibility to work within the U.K.
