Sales Assistant
Plymouth Sea Chest LimitedWe are looking for a friendly and conscientious sales assistant to work in our specialist nautical book shop located in Plymouth.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Duties include but not limited to:
Providing exceptional customer service in the shop, on the phone, and online
Assisting customers/serving customers in a timely manner
Informing customers of our products
Processing and dispatching online orders in a timely manner
Processing customer payments and completing the sales process using POS systems
Balancing cash registers
Overseeing stock control/ accepting new shipments
Following company policies
Help maintaining a clean shop floor
The person:
Experience as a sales assistant
Responsible
Taking ownership of the role
Open to learning
MS Office proficiency
