Polish speaking Sales Executive

Step Up Language Centre is a new and innovative language centre that is focused on customer care and ensuring our students get the best possible service to improve their language learning.

We are looking for vibrant and energetic Sales Executives to join our team. You must be fluent in reading and writing in Polish.

Duties and specific activities:

• Customer service by phone, at school and by means of other contact channels available in the marketing department, in accordance with the agreed standards of customer service in terms of content and quality of calls.
• Implementation of tasks in the field of information, market research, implementation of marketing campaigns. Providing complete, correct information on the products and services offered by the Step Up, the school, related to customer enquiries.
• Clarifying customer concerns regarding reported services provided by the school

by the student and not containing any signs of complaints.

• Forwarding customer complaints to the competent organisational units / units of the school - in accordance with the adopted procedure.
• Responsibility for proper, in terms of content, formal and timely handling of clients' matters.
• Informing the immediate superior about the course and results of the work performed and the difficulties encountered.
• Reporting any irregularities to the supervisor
• Building the brand and trust in the company through the quality of the services provided.
• Performing other tasks not included in this scope of activities, but resulting from the normal course of work or ordered by the superior, for which the employee has appropriate qualifications.
• Focus on cooperation with other employees and shaping the right atmosphere in the workplace.

Base salary will be offered with an additional bonus scheme

Salary: £19,600.00-£40,000.00 per year
