Remote Non IP Clinical Pharmacist - Surrey PCN

The Pharmacist Network are a clinician led organization here to support GPs/ PCNs with the delivery of pharmacist and pharmacy tech services.

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic clinical pharmacists to join our clinical team in a Surrey-based PCN.

If you have experience working in General Practice (essential) and are proficient with EMIS or SystemOne we'd like to hear from you. This is a remote role suitable for candidates looking for permanent work.

Duties

Using GP systems (emis and s1), you will support practice sites with medicines related tasks, this may include but is not limited to:

• Discharge support (meds rec)
• General med reviews
• Supporting patient requests for acute and repeat meds
• Structured Medication reviews
• Safety audits
