Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• 
  Monitors staff on the tills
• Assists management to achieve store goals and targets
• Trains new team members in company standards, customer service and job duties.
• Maintains a positive team environment to ensure success
• Motivates, guides and mentors team members to exceed goals and creates a positive environment shifts.
• Responds to customer issues in a professional manner
• Ensuring stock levels are well maintained
• Unpacking and sorting new stock delivery
• Promoting special offers
• Arranging window displays.
• Fulfil's additional duties as per requirements of the role
• Keeping the store clean
