Chef de Partie

We are looking for candidates with the following:

• Loves cooking with the freshest ingredients
• Wants to learn and progress
• Good understanding of vegetarian/ vegan/ gluten free dishes
• On top of food hygiene and allergen checks
• Health and safety aware
• You need to have experience in a similar role with a real passion for food

• Hourly rate £11 - £12 PH depending on experience

We are an independent pub company with sites in Brighton, Hove and Worthing. Our pubs are community led with a welcoming atmosphere run by professional hard-working teams of staff. We run all our own kitchens with a range of food offers using the best of local fresh food suppliers.
