Responsibilities:

• Generate customer appointments for our Aestetic Partners.
• Remind customers of an upcoming appointment.
• Prioritise tasks by urgency.
• Take into account time zone changes when generating appointments.
• Allow the addition of extra details such as a location, a room number, or a name.
• Be simple to use.
• Use HighLevel, Slack and Trello.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
