Internal Sales Representative - Kennedy Way, Belfast

We wish to recruit an Internal Sales Representative who will play a fundamental role providing excellent customer service in the Kennedy Way, Belfast area. This role includes responding to customer needs ensuring these are carried out efficiently and effectively in line with Company Standards to both established and new customers. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to develop their skills and experience and play a vital role in our continued success.

This role will include:

• Pricing customer enquiries.
• Preparing customer orders for delivery.
• Stock Management/Offloading Deliveries.
• Supporting External Sales Team.
• Liaise with customers and team members in a professional manner.
• Offering advice to customers and Murdock Builders Merchants sales teams on company products in relation to their enquiry.
• General administration tasks.

Criteria:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Excellent computer literacy skills.
• Time Management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent numeracy skills.
• Technical Sales in the Construction Industry desirable
