BOUTIQUE MANAGER
JEWELLERY AND WATCHES
BOND STREET, LONDON

THE COMPANY
  • Renown for it's high-quality Jewellery & Watches
  • Provides training on selling ceremony, products, and materials
  • Located at the heart of Mayfair

THE ROLE:
As the store manager you will ensure the store and team achieves targets, delivers results, commercial and operational excellence and a premium customer service experience

THE CANDIDATE:

  • Identify opportunities to drive and maximize sales and profitability
  • Motivate and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional customer service experience
  • Leading by example and driving sales
  • Providing team training and excellent customer service
  • Achieve (and aim to exceed) targeted KPI's
  • Managing stocks and operations of the store

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 3 - 5 years' experience in a management role within similar sector
  • Excellent leadership skills and qualities
  • Energetic and entrepreneurial
  • Self-motivated, focused and driven to achieve personal and team goals
  • Strong organisational and decision-making skills
  • Personable, confident and talkative
