We are currently looking for a friendly, motivated and professional individual to join our Training team on full time basis.
Responsibilities
- Delivering comprehensive training to our new technicians
- Upskilling our current employees with enhanced training
- Developing our Training Programme to consistently ensure it fits in line with our high standards and service expectations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Beauty Trainer
- Someone who has high standards with meticulous attention to detail
- Adept at dealing with a fast paced, changing environment
- Can deliver on short and long term goals
- A confident communicator
