Events Build & Hospitality Crew

Optimal Events & Crew are currently recruiting multiple Event Build Crew for the upcoming Live Events season. With the busiest season to date planned we’re hands on with Festivals, sporting events, and adventure races all over the UK and are looking for hard working individuals to help with this busy season.

With events running right through until October there’s a regular stream of work for available crew. Build days on site can be long in nature and require individuals who are open to the idea of long days. This is also the case on Event Days being anywhere from 12+ hours a day.

Operating as part of a small close knit team, we’re looking for crew to hit the ground running, with training and support provided when on site. With events all over the UK these positions would suit someone who is open to staying away 1-2 weeks at a time, with some jobs being closer to home.

The current event Calendar covers events all over the UK, each contract can be anywhere from 7 days - 21 days depending on the scale of the event.

Day to day task:

* Site productions and build

* Crowd barrier, fencing & temporary structures

* Bespoke Bar builds, implementations and live day services

* Loading and unloading kit, stock and products from suppliers

* Live day service and event day calls.

* Back of House, Bar work may be required
