This role is for our new store in The Wool Market based in Doncaster. We are looking for a grill chef to join our tight-knit team who work hard and look after one another.

About you:

Personality – Be yourself; tattoos are cool; your hairstyle is yours, not ours. Basically we don’t want to change who you are because we think the best hospitality comes from people who can be themselves and show customers their personality.

Experience - You don’t need years of experience to be a chef at The Rustic Burger Co, as long as you take pride in your work and have ambition to be the best, we will teach you everything you need to know.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in a fast paced kitchen working in a similar role
• Experience working under pressure and in a high volume kitchen, preferably experienced in fresh food.
• Competent understanding of all regulations, food hygiene and company specifications.
• A genuine passion for delivering Great Food
• An excellent team player with exceptional communication skills
• Be fun-loving, have a great character and enjoy the culture that our industry offers
