E-Commerce Supervisor

We have a position available for an E-Commerce Supervisor. This role requires an individual with a managerial mind-set who can handle day-to-day e-commerce operations in a fast paced fashion environment.
The main duties of an E-Commerce Supervisor will involve overseeing the successful running of dispatch as well as the dispatch team. The successful individual will also oversee customer service.
We are ideally looking for an individual who has previous experience in a similar role, however, full-training will be provided.
Requirements
- Previous experience supervising a team
- Experience in an e-commerce operations environment
- Experience of luxury customer liaison
- An exceptional understanding of computer systems and applications
- Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and handle any problems efficiently
