Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our Membership Team.

As Regional Sales Manager, you will support our clubs in developing winning strategies to drive & ensure optimal membership volume and yield is delivered across the business..

The role:

• Ensuring the ongoing recruitment and selection of Virgin Active brand ambassadors to our
  sales force
• Constantly managing, coaching and advising on the inputs of our sales funnel to deliver the
  desired outputs
• Overseeing the new member journey in club with a focus on the onboarding and welcome
  journey to ensure maximum engagement of members through their membership.
• Ensuring the execution of the membership strategy across the business through effective
  influencing of the key stakeholders.

What qualities does a Regional Sales Manager need to join Virgin Active?

• An understanding & passion for health & fitness
• Excellent relationship building skills
• At least a 2-3 year proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• A history of growing and developing successful teams.
• A solid understanding of good people practices
