The Role

• Supporting the team with resourcing candidates for nurseries and early years settings
• Delivering the end to end recruitment process for some national contract and permanent roles
• Pro-actively facilitate the matching process of candidate to client requirements
• Seek out, manage and maintain our database of candidates
• Telephone screen, interview and register candidates in line with company standards
• Resource candidates from job boards, social media and relevant sources
• Meeting clients and candidates - face to face and virtual
