What is my role as Bartender ?

The Bartender works alongside the sketch team in one of our room, training and developing Bar Staff while becoming Supervisor/Assistant Manager:

The Parlour : friendly day time café, open for breakfast from 9am and serves a casual lunch, before switching to a fun cocktail and DJ bar until closing time.

The Glade : intimate Meat Free Restaurant, becomes a sophisticated cocktail venue in the evening

The East Bar : Fun Party Bar with DJ opens till late. the Bartender is the center of attention in his below ground circular bar

The Gallery : our famous room opened for Afternoon tea and Dinner

The Bartender needs to be capable to offer a lively friendly service and support the rest of the team in giving a luxury friendly experience.

Previous experience in a full service bar is a requirement, knowledge of classics is a must. Other entry level roles are also available if you do not have that experience.
