Head Butcher
Our butchery forms an important part of our food led group of hospitality businesses. As chefs we focus on sourcing the very best grass fed, free range, nature breed animals from the UK. We respect the whole animal, the life it has led and devise our menus to use the whole animal.
Customer service & thirst for provenance & product knowledge is essential.
- Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in managing teams
- Financially astute with experience in managing P & L & delivering margin & sales
- Knowledge of safety & food handling regulations
- Excellent customer service
- Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills delivered with energy & focus
- Self motivated/driven using initiative & pride to deliver results
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £40,000.00 per year
