Viewing Staff

We're looking for a outgoing and confident individual with excellent communication skills to join our Cornwall Sales team as a Viewing Assistant.

Key responsibilities:

• Meet prospective purchasers and clients at the properties for viewings
• To cover anywhere from Newquay to Bude and inland
• Liaise with customers and clients in a professional, polite and respectful manner fitting of a Savills representative
• Have a good understanding of the property market
• Fantastic business acumen with ability to keep up with the latest trends in the property industry and local market
• Continually examine performance and evolve accordingly
• To have knowledge and experience of the north coast of Cornwall
• Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market
