Investment Research Associate

Responsibilities of the Position:

• Complete written research and provide commentary on Equity market views
• Produce the asset management report on a quarterly basis in conjunction with the asset managers
• Interpreting and presenting quantitative insights for clients
• Carrying our detailed research on new investment opportunities
• Working proactively to develop new analytical initiatives
• Analyse customer data in Excel and draw conclusions regarding their business, customer demographics and customer needs to produce informative outputs

Background of the Position:

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics or Mathematics
• Report writing skills
• Understanding of capital markets
• Highly numerical with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills to engage with various stakeholders across the business
• Excellent organisational and administration skills
• Enthusiastic and positive can-do attitude
