Domestic Assistant / Cleaner

We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy individual to join our cleaning team.
Your job will be to maintain all areas of our properties. A high level of hygiene is expected and all applicants must be able to cover a wide range of cleaning requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• To maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout all Lyme Trust properties, including offices, resident communal areas and gardens/courtyards
• To be on-hand to help staff collect and pack residents' belongings when they leave The Lyme Trust
• To ensure that a vacated room is cleaned and prepared (including a Welcome Pack) for an incoming resident
• To report any damage or defects
• To ensure all Health & Safety and Fire Regulations are adhered to
• To liaise with outside services in the event of fire, theft, intrusion and vandalism
• To complete any other reasonable tasks as requested

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
