We are currently recruiting on behalf of a renowned legal services telecom company who are expanding rapidly.

Mango Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced B2B Client Advisor / Sales Executive,

• Job Title: Client Advisor / Sales Executive
• Salary: £22,000
• Salary Benefits: uncapped commission, hybrid, DIS, income protection, gym, pension.
• Employment Type: Permanent
• Working Type: Lancaster, Hybrid, 4 days in office 1 work from home.
• Essential Criteria:

· Previous B2B experience.

· Demonstrable success in a similar role.

· Ability to communicate complex solutions in an understandable way.

· Ability to pick up the phone and qualify leads.

· Call centre work experience.

· Legal sector experience a bonus but not a must.

Key Responsibilities:

· Receiving inbound and making outbound calls
· Explaining the clients services.
· Determining whether they have a case.
· Securing permission for the client to act on their behalf.
· Collecting and collating all documentation to create a Packaged Case Liaising with the
wider team to ensure everything stays on track.
· Deliver on the KPIs you are set.
· To professionally communicate the process to the customer.
· To represent the client and the clients partners’ businesses.
