As a Receptionist at Oxley Sports Centre, you will be confident in your ability to solve any queries and issues a customer may have and deal with them with a smile on your face. You will build long lasting relationships with our members, ensuring they have a great experience with every visit.

To succeed as a Receptionist:

• You are passionate about providing our members with an incredible customer service experience.
• You are positive, friendly and have a can-do attitude.
• You are organised and proactive, people can trust you with tasks.
• You are a team player and happy to support other departments when necessary.
• You love to inspire members by talking to them about the benefits of attending the Centre
• You are confident in using Microsoft Office and can learn new systems efficiently.
• You work well under pressure and are always up for a challenge – you are a problem solver!
• You will act as a member of one team with one goal. You will live by our mission statement whilst always doing the right thing and having fun!

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 26.25 per week
