Basic salary plus monthly bonus
Monday – Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Main purpose of job
- Providing service to retail and motor trade customers
- Advising customers on what parts they may need for their vehicle
- Processing of orders in person, over the phone or by email
- Stock management and warehouse training
About you
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers and other staff members
- Have excellent combination skills both verbal and written
- Ability to accurately record relevant information
- Ability to receive and register payment for parts ordered, accurately and precisely
- Up-to-date knowledge of warranty procedures and documentation
- Up-to-date knowledge of computerised recording procedures
- IT literate
