Incamar is an Italian restaurant situated in Newquay, Cornwall and planning to re-open soon on the 10th of March. We will offer a cafe morning service with Italian authenticity as well as a premium dining experience in the evening. We are looking for people with a down to earth personality who can also bring their expertise, knowledge and passion related to the hospitality industry. A good personality, style and character will go a long way.

We are hiring Waiters/Bar Staff to assist in the serving of food and beverages to our guests and to ensure that all work areas are clean, stocked, and orderly at all times. The successful candidate must have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and safe bar environment.
• Ensure that all staff and customers conform to the restaurant's policies, service quality standards, and work procedures.
• Deal with difficult customers.
• Open the bar and ensure it stays open.
• Know the different types of alcohol and their proper uses and abuse rates.
• Operate a cash register.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

Salary: £10.00 per hour
