Customer Services Advisor

Are you an enthusiastic, organised, team player with excellent communication skills and attention to detail looking for a new challenge?

We are looking for a Customer Services Advisor to join our busy team.

The role:

• To deal with with incoming enquiries via phone and email.
• To maintain a high standard of communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• To promote Peters products and services to potential customers.
• To determine quick fixes for immediate issues.
• To act as the “voice of the customer” within the company.
• To follow established procedures for logging, processing, and chasing queries and orders to meet agreed Key Performance Indicators, Service Level Agreements and other quality standards.
• To provide administrative support to the wider business

About you:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A demonstrable ability to prioritise workload.
• To be computer literate and familiar Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• First class attention to detail.
• To be well organised, with good time management skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult or distressed customers.

The details:

• Up to £23,000.00
• Full time, Monday – Friday.
• Based on site at the Birmingham site
