IT Coordinator

Job Title: IT Coordinator

Reports To: Senior Management

Department: IT

Location: Head Office (N17), may be required to carry out store visits occasionally

Purpose and Scope:

As an IT Coordinator, you are responsible to maintain our IT systems, network, and equipment, performing technical and administrative tasks to ensure our computer, network, and telecom systems are efficiently working to their maximum capacity. You will also work closely with Senior Management team in ensuring our systems are secure and up to date.

Job Description:

• Provide technical support to all staff
• Perform troubleshooting and execute needed repairs
• Maintain and update the IT asset registers for hardware, software, and devices
• Liaise with external suppliers and serviced/leased IT management to resolve IT issues
• Design procedures for the use of IT resources
• Design, plan and execute training on the use of systems and networks
• Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules
• Oversee, track and measure system and network performance
• Work with other IT professionals to ensure upholding IT standards
• Work with other department to develop and maintain E-commerce system
• Execute different maintenance activities when needed
• Perform other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by Senior Management

Essential Skills & Requirements:

• A good understanding of ERP systems and experience in retail sector is desirable
• Proven experience as IT coordinator or similar role
• Experience in network management and help desk support
• Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications
• Critical thinker and problem-solver with great attention to detail
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing complex IT issues
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
• BSc/BA in information technology or computer science is preferred
• Any relevant additional certification (CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+ etc.) will be an advantage

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
