Customer Service Sales Representative

Salary: £22,600 basic, + £28k OTE

Location: - Manchester City Centre

The Role:

• Capturing and validating customer information, ensuring they receive an excellent customer service experience
• Communicating with new and existing customers
• Ensuring customer requests and enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently
• Setting your own daily targets to achieve your monthly goals
• Handling objections and understanding the customers needs
• Working closely with other customer facing an non-customer facing teams
• Liaising with vehicle dealerships and other affiliates, building rapport and managing relationships
