Chef Fresh food Venue

The Lodge Bar and Dining is a fresh food, modern bar restaurant attached to the Littleover Lodge Hotel, located inbetween the villages of Littleover and Findern 4 miles out of Derby city centre.

We are currently seeking an experienced Chef to work closely with the head chef, the ideal candidate must have the following qualities, be able to control a kitchen section , a good knowledge in stock control, producing menu"s, food safety, GP margins, work well under pressure and work well within a team environment

The position requires 5 days on 2 days off and will include weekends, with average weekly hours being 45

Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
