Restaurant newly opened in Leatherhead

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Head Chef.

You will;

• Have the opportunity to create your own menu alongside our renowned consultant executive Head chef during the launch
• Possess the freedom to express your own creative identity
• Be involved in hiring and building your own kitchen team
• Benefit from brand new equipment in a newly fitted kitchen

You will be responsible for:

• Leading a kitchen team
• Controlling a busy service
• Staff training and development
• Working with suppliers, food costing and stock control.
• Ensuring the maintenance of exemplary kitchen hygiene standards.

The successful candidate will need a proven track record in a senior role with at least 2 years experience.
