Junior Retoucher

We are looking for a skilled and creative Junior Retoucher to join our team. As a Junior Retoucher, you will be responsible for enhancing and manipulating digital images. You will be working within our online team and photographer to produce high-quality images.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and provide creative solutions.
• Retouch digital images to a high standard, correcting colour, tone, and composition.
• Perform image manipulation such as removing or adding elements, enhancing details, and adjusting lighting.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and software in the retouching industry.
• Provide constructive feedback to colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications:

• A degree or diploma in photography, graphic design, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other relevant software.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• A portfolio demonstrating skills in retouching and image manipulation.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in retouching, image manipulation, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
