Full Time roles available – Warehouse Operative – Any 5 out of 7

We are looking to recruit Warehouse Operatives to support our growing team based at our site in Wellingborough. We have a variety of shifts .

Basic rate of pay is £11.74 per hour

Weighted pay rates to include premiums for shift pattern as follows:

Days (6am to 2pm) £12.15 p/h

Backs (2pm to 10pm) £13.37 p/h

We have the following full-time shifts available:

• 04:00-12:00
• 06:00-14:00
• 14:00-22:00

Full time hours contracted to 37.5 hours per week working any 5 out of 7 days. This will include working weekends on a rotational basis.

Our warehouse operates 24 hours per day / 7 days per week including weekends and bank holidays so it’s essential that you are flexible and willing to work in all aspects of the Warehouse.

The Role:

• Completing several manual handling tasks, with and without the use of MHE
• Ensuring the picking, assembling, relocation and dispatching of stock is completed to the required standard
• Completing tasks supported by an electronic warehouse management tool
• Accountability for the timely and accurate distribution of stock and goods
• Contributing towards our culture of trust, respect and togetherness
