Facilities Staff Position Available for Toilet Cleaning Falmouth area

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Public Facilities Cleaners to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of public facilities. The applicant must be able to drive - company car provided.

Hours - Up to 35hrs pw - this is flexible. Due to this position being over 7 days a week we are looking for 2 or more candidates to share the work over the week. Early mornings, afternoon checks (1-1.5 hrs) and evenings. Please get in touch with your availability if interested so we can explain the hours further.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning public toilets, including cubicles, sinks, and floors
• Emptying bins and sanitary bins
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Removing graffiti and other vandalism
• Mould removal treatment
• Polishing surfaces - tiles, metal, painted wood etc
• Unblocking toilets/urinals
• Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management

Requirements:

• Driver - company van provided (based on a clean FULL uk liscence)
• Proven experience as a cleaner, preferably in a public facility setting
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

This job is all Year round and hours slightly differ in the summer compared to the winter in order to get around to the different toilets you must be able to drive.
