Butcher

Gemini Foods is currently recruiting for a Butcher to join our team in East Tilbury and Basildon, Essex on a perm basis.

Work will be carried out Monday to Saturday 8am - 7pm and Sunday 11am - 4pm

Depending on your skills, you will work on a production line, trimming and deboning meat and packing. Pay will be depending on how you are graded after a knife skills test, it will be between £10.54 - £11.50.

Skills and Experience:
* Minimum of 6 months butchery experience preferred
* Experience of de-boning/trimming on a pace line
* The ability to respond positively to change and work well under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 39 per week

Salary: £10.54-£11.50 per hour

Schedule:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Tilbury: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Butchering: 1 year (preferred)
