Floor layer

Our client, a friendly, well established family run maintenance contractor based in Dartford, Kent is looking for experienced floor layers for commercial maintenance and refurbishment works across London and the South East. The work is primarily for a large pub chain across their locations in London and the South East.

Requirements-

– Good floor laying experience including Altro and cap and cove (essential)

– Good customer service skills as you will be attending pubs regularly in your
designated area and discussing the works required to be carried out with the
landlords.

- Day and night work available (Night rate applicable)

Travel around London and the South East will be required. Travel time paid by agreement.

Hours of work are Monday – Friday

Minumum 8 hours but there is no limit on overtime available including weekends if desired. Night work paid at time and a half.

Company van and fuel card are provided for business use and can be kept at home.

Long term ongoing work available on a PAYE or self – employed basis.
