Textile Production Assistant

Marquee Structures is a privately owned manufacturing business established in 2019.

We sell to the marquee, events and industrial sectors with our frame and PVC products.

We are looking to recruit additional textile production assistants for an immediate start in our PVC covers department.

You will preferably have previous PVC cover making experiences and ideally from a marquee background.

**However this is not essential and in house training will be provided for the right application.

Normal hours of work are 8am – 16:00 (overtime is available)

You will be responsible for manufacturing finished PVC products, utilising high frequency welding machines to bond PVC products as well as helping with marking, cutting, basic sewing duties and finishing products as required with the needs of the business.

The successful candidate will need to have excellent attention to detail, be flexible, have good communication skills and be keen to learn new working techniques. You will need to have competent manual skills.

Salary: £10.50-£12.50 per hour
