Vehicle Technician/Mechanic (JLR)

Jaguar Land Rover Level 2 and Level 3 Vehicle Technicians

Due to planned business expansion, Taylor’s Jaguar Land Rover are looking for three outstanding experienced Vehicle Technicians looking to advance their career with a prestigious Jaguar Land Rover Centre.

As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, maintaining and repairing customer’s vehicles, be able to demonstrate a high level of customer service and communication skills as well as gained experience, preferably with a premium brand, as a Vehicle Technician.

Responsibilities will include:

• Carry out diagnostics, service and repair of vehicles to an excellent standard.
• Perform work with efficiency and accuracy.
• Identify problems with vehicles using the diagnostic equipment.
• Be able to communicate repairs and issues to both the Service Advisors and Team Leaders.
• Work effectively with colleagues and be a team player.
• Undertake routine mechanical jobs and help where required.

Vehicle technician requirements:

• Jaguar Land Rover Level 2 or Level 3 Qualification, or time served equivalent experience
• NVQ/City & Guilds certifications
• A commitment to achieve further training
• A full UK Driving License
• Excellent Communication skills
• A focus on continued development including adapting and learning new products and techniques when required, along with a willingness to embrace change.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £34,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
