Parcel Sorter Selby

Ideal Recruit are currently looking for Parcel Sorters to join our client’s busy warehouse in Selby-YO8.

The role will involve the safe handling of parcels varying in size and weight

Shifts:

Night shift between Sun-Friday

The amount of days worked can vary week to week and can be used to work around yourself

Working Hours:

11pm-8.30am (depending on the workload finish times can vary between 7-9am)

Pay Rate:

£12.32 OT payable at £14.89

****The work is classed as Full Time but the amount of days worked per week may vary and Part Time hours are also available.

Responsibilities:

Loading and unloading trailers

Loading the parcels onto conveyors

Putting the parcels in the correct department around the hub

Required:

Good level of verbal and written English

Physically fit due to some heavy lifting is involved

Experience using a pump truck for the large and bulky parcels

Previous manual handling experience would be a plus but is not necessary as all training is provided.
