Job description

Our staff are skilled, high performing and committed to our learners and we now wish to appoint a dynamic Assessor in Business who shares this commitment.


Components of the job

You will be expected to manage a caseload of learners and organise workplace assessments visits and hold meetings with employers within the business sector. You will be the main point of contact for employers and students, providing feedback on progress as required. Part of the role is to monitor individual learning plans and learner progress to ensure timely achievement. Caseloads will be managed through Smart Assessor (E- Portfolio). You will be expected to adhere to college and awarding organisations quality assurance processes.
