Duration: Temporary, ongoing
Salary: Band 7 – £21.31 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Directorate: Encompass
We are seeking to recruit several Project Managers for our longstanding client the BSO – Health & Social Care NI (HSCNI). They have established ‘encompass’ to provide the underpinning digital transformation required to support the broader HSC reform agenda.
KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing support to the Comms Lead
- Preparing communication articles
- Updating the communication plan
- Working closely with stakeholders, driving engagement
- Creating and updating information on the programme website
- Supporting social media delivery in line with the programme plan
- Attending programme and regional meetings with stakeholders to present and guide on communications activities outlined in the programme plan
- Providing guidance and direction to stakeholders in relation to communications
