Support Worker

Autumn Leaf is a specialist autism home, we support adults with autism and learning disabilities. We are located in Castle Bromwich in the suburb of Solihull with access to public transport.

We are a busy and active home our residents enjoy going out into the community. Promoting impendence and a person-centred approach is essential to Autumn Leaf. The role does include supporting residents with personal care.
