Job Title: Community Support Worker covering Torbay and Teignbridge

Hours: Up to 37 hours a week

Salary: From £20,279.70 - £22,211.10 (pro-rata)

Location: The Parkview Society Ltd.

Torquay, TQ2 6HS

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday

2. Job Purpose

To join our team of enablers to support clients within the community, encouraging them to live life to their best

3. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

Essential Requirements:-

Ability to show patience, empathy and encouragement all help. A full driving licence is essential.

Ability to take concise and accurate notes based on client observations.

Care certificate or willingness to work towards completion.

Previous experience working with vulnerable clients with mental health/learning disabilities or in a support/caring situation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 - 37 per week

Salary: From £10.50 per hour
