Sushi Chef

Sushi Chef to join Yuma Sushi, Chiswick, W4.

Yuma Sushi has been open in West London for over six years, offering sushi and hot Japanese food to our large following of local residents, (please see our website). You need to be experienced in fish cutting and be able to work at a fast pace. We are passionate about good quality food, we use only the best quality fish & ingredients and our sushi is made to a high standard.

Requirements:

- Have at least two years experience as a Sushi Chef

- The ability to work fast and under pressure

- Complete understanding of kitchen hygiene and Health & Safety

- Be passionate about creating excellent food with attention to detail

We will offer:

The Sushi Chef position is 38 / 42 hours week, plus more hours if needed.

We close at 9pm Sunday to Thursday and 10pm on Friday and Saturday so no late nights.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
