Key Responsibilities

• 
  Managing the handover of the full M&E work scope to the client using clients HOP and MACC processes.
• You will lead the co-ordination and management of handover, predominately “acceptance/commissioning” related, ensuring deliverables are closed-out against their planned benefit outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders for agreement / buy in on the certification and handover strategies
• Attend weekly Handover Meetings with both the client and the customer.
• Undertake regular checks to ensure the handover documentation being produced is suitable for transfer to the Client and other stakeholders
• Monitor and track to closure all documents relevant for handover e.g. SIS & O+M’s
• Participate in improvement workshops to support continual improvement when required
• Support the quality team with other activities as directed by the quality Manager.

Experience & Qualifications

• 
  Experience on Project Handover in a highly requlated industry
• Experienec with Completion in GMP (Desirable)
