Check-in Agent (Flexible working)

Optime are excited to be recruiting Check-In Agents with flexible shifts available at Bristol Airport.
Students Welcome!
Once your initial background checks and training are complete, you’ll be able to work anything between 0 and 25 hours per week – simply by booking yourself in via our app.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous customer service experience who wants to work flexibly in an energetic airport environment (for example: students, parents looking for part-time work, anyone looking to choose their own shifts or boost an existing income).

What’s on offer:

• Salary: £11.50 per hour
• Weekly pay
• 2 weeks paid training provided.
• Work as little or as often as you like*
• Ongoing shifts and development opportunities

Duties and responsibilities:

• Greeting and checking in passenger baggage for their respective flights
• Checking passports, visa documentation and flight details
• Offering and aiding customers’ needs
• Direct customers to the right location/assist if needed.
• Monitoring of baggage weights/applying extra cost if needed.
• Reconciliation of passengers at Boarding Gates

Skills/Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Good attention to detail
• Confident using technology / IT systems.
• Clean DBS check
• 5-year checkable work/education history
• Flexibility

Shifts available:

• 3AM – 12PM
• 5AM – 12PM
• 11AM – 8PM
• 12PM – 9PM
• 1PM – 10PM
• WEEKENDS ONLY
• WEEKDAYS ONLY
• Minimum monthly hours required for training purposes.
