The Role:

Your duties will include: communicating with businesses and individual clients; assessing their legal needs; and advising on matters related to employment law rights and obligations. This will include employment tribunal litigation: document drafting and processing; communication via telephone, in person and video calls; ability to carry out research; draft articles; diary management; and task management.

The Candidate:

The successful applicant will need to have some legal education and/or experience in providing legal services. Experience in HR or employment law is favourable.

Attention to detail is paramount and excellent communication, spelling and grammar is essential. The ability to work as part of a small team and give an excellent service to clients is imperative.

• Willingness to develop and expand skills and knowledge, undertaking further training as required
• Excellent IT Skills
• Good attention to detail
• Willingness to travel between offices when required
